Step 1: Set Up Account Custom Values

Why it’s important:

Custom Values automatically showcase your branding across emails, SMS, and websites, ensuring a cohesive and professional appearance.

How to do it:

1- Navigate to Settings > Custom Values.

2- Update your business name, logo, and other key fields.

Step 2: Attach Your Account Website

Why it’s important:

Connecting your website ensures that your funnels and online presence are seamlessly integrated with the platform.

How to do it:

1- Purchase or use an existing domain.

2- Go to Settings > Domains and add your domain.

3- Update DNS settings with your domain provider to point to Affordable Care Solutions.

Step 3: Configure User-Assigned Workflows

Why it’s important:

Automated workflows save time by managing communications and processes for leads and

customers.

How to do it:

1- Navigate to Automation > Workflows.

2- Assign workflows to users and customize SMS/email templates under the Snippets tab

(e.g., "WF 1.1" for Workflow Folder 1, Automation 1).

Step 4: Set Up ACA Flow Webhooks

Ensure all data submitted through ACA Flow is captured in the CRM for segmentation and

follow-ups.

How to do it:

1- Access the agent portal and copy the webhook URL.

2- Paste it into the ACA Flow webhook configuration settings.

Step 5: Configure Receptionist Webhooks

Why it’s important:

Receive detailed call summaries, including extracted data and statuses, right in the CRM after

a call ends.

How to do it:

1- Go to Settings > Webhooks.

2- Add the Receptionist Webhook URL to capture call data and notes.

Register your phone numbers for compliance and enhanced delivery rates for SMS campaigns.

1- Go to Settings > Trust Center.

2- Submit your A2P Campaign registration form.
